The hotel offered a splendid chance to relax, with
An inviting terrace on the top floor where I enjoyed evening drinks. The breakfast was excellent, although seating could be limited during busy times. The staff's local insights were invaluable for planning our day trips.

What an extra special stay, nothing too much trouble. New-fashioned and silent unit with fully accessible bathroom, bedroom, a balcony.

The hotel has a cozy atmosphere in the lobby.
My family room felt cramped for four of us. We struggled with the air conditioning, which never seemed to cool the room enough, even with it running full blast. The lack of complimentary water was surprising given our pre-request, as only one small bottle was provided for four people.

breakfast was good, location very good
The window had neither a balcony nor a view of the city, as promised in the description, but faced a light well

Very nice breakfast buffet! All very clean, very nice staff! Atmosphere a bit canteen-like but ok! I would definitely recommend this hotel! Short way to the museum, and to the bus stop in Knossos!
The hotel is centrally located on the main road. Sleeping with the door open is not advisable, but thanks to the air conditioning you can sleep well even with the door closed!

The Olympic Hotel in Heraklion offered a central location, made exploring the city easy. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a good mix of local and international options. The staff made a difference, especially the night manager who welcomed me warmly after a stressful late-night arrival. My room was tidy but felt a bit outdated. The decor could definitely use a refresh. Wi-Fi worked well for the most part, though I experienced some slow connectivity. One downside was the mattress, affecting the overall comfort of my stay. Despite these issues, the hotel served its purpose for a short visit, with dining and shopping within walking distance.

Despite Navi we searched for over 1 hour and found the hotel only when a friendly taxi driver helped us. Although we have arrived after 0:00 we were received very friendly.
The parking possibility was already closed, so we had to park the car at the roadside (in the parking prohibition)

The room was clean but felt pretty outdated compared to the lobby vibe.
